Post Jesus - Privacy Policy
Last Updated: November 2, 2026
Post Clips Corp. ("Post Clips," "we," "our," or "us") describes here how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use the Post Jesus application (the "App").
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, apart from the measurement of our own ads described in Section 15. Section 6 explains who receives what.
This Policy is incorporated into the Post Jesus Terms of Service. Information is collected, stored, and processed in the United States.
1. WHO THIS APPLIES TO
The App is intended for users at least 13 years old who are legal residents of the United States. If you are under 13, do not use the App. If you are under 18, use the App only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. See Section 11.

We do not collect government issued identification, Social Security numbers, tax documents, bank account or payment card numbers, billing addresses, or home addresses. The App involves no payments.
We may ask your date of birth or age at signup to confirm that you are 13 or older.
3. INFORMATION THAT MAY REVEAL RELIGIOUS BELIEF
The App exists to help you share faith based content. Your use of it, including the campaigns you select, the Clips you post, and your participation generally, may reveal or allow inference of your religious beliefs. Several U.S. state privacy laws classify this as sensitive personal information or sensitive data requiring heightened protection.
Consent. We ask for your consent to process this information through a separate consent step during onboarding. Accepting our Terms of Service alone does not constitute that consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account. Withdrawal does not affect processing that already occurred.
How we handle it. We use this information to operate the App, including showing you campaigns, publishing your Clips, generating your statistics, and reporting results to Networks. We do not sell it or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We disclose your social handle and the URLs of your posted Clips to the Network whose content you clipped so they can verify posting and credit you. Because those disclosures are tied to faith based content, they may reveal your religious beliefs to that Network. Section 6 describes what Networks receive.
Right to limit. Under California law, the right to limit use of sensitive personal information does not apply where that information is used only to perform services reasonably expected by the consumer. Our uses fall within that exception, so we do not offer a separate limit control. If you do not want us to process this information, withdraw consent or delete your account.
4. INFORMATION ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE
Commenters and viewers. The App may display public comments left on your Clips. Those comments were posted publicly on a third party platform by people who are not our users. We access them through platform APIs and display them to you. We do not sell them or disclose them to Networks in identifiable form. If you are a commenter with a question about your comment, contact us at support@postclips.com.
People appearing in Campaign Content. Pastors, speakers, and others appearing in Campaign Content have provided their content through the Network. Questions about their appearance should be directed to the applicable Network.
5. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
To create and maintain your account; verify eligibility; authenticate and connect your social accounts; enable you to create, submit, and publish Clips; review Clips for compliance with our content standards; calculate and display your statistics; report campaign results to Networks; detect and prevent inauthentic or fraudulent engagement; provide support; secure, debug, and improve the App; and comply with law.
Except for measuring our own ads as described in Section 15, we do not use your information for advertising, remarketing, or cross-context behavioral targeting. Artificial intelligence. The App may use automated and machine learning tools to suggest captions, assist content review, and detect inauthentic engagement. These tools may be provided by third parties who process content on our behalf.
6. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION
Networks, meaning churches, ministries, and creators. For Clips you post from their campaign, the Network may receive your social media handle, the URL of the Clip, view and engagement counts, and audience demographic information. Networks do not receive your email address or the contents of your account.
Social media platforms. When you connect an account or publish a Clip, information is transmitted to that platform and processed under that platform's own privacy policy, which we do not control.
Service providers. Vendors who host our infrastructure, provide analytics, or support customers, each engaged to process personal information on our behalf. These vendors are service providers or processors under applicable law, and disclosures to them are not sales.
Legal and safety. Where required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or where reasonably necessary to protect our rights, our users, or the public.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
On selling and sharing. We do not disclose personal information in exchange for money, and we do not disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising, other than the advertising measurement described in Section 15. If this changes, we will update this Policy and provide any opt out the law requires.
7. GOOGLE AND YOUTUBE USER DATA
When you connect a Google or YouTube account, we access Google user data solely to provide the App's functionality.
Limited Use. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What we access. Google account email and profile information, YouTube channel information, video and channel metadata, and engagement metrics.
How we use it. Solely to publish your Clips and display your statistics.
We do not use Google user data for advertising, sell it or transfer it to data brokers or information resellers, use it to develop, improve, or train generalized or non personalized AI or machine learning models, or transfer it except to service providers under confidentiality obligations, when required by law, or with your consent. Deletion. Disconnect your Google or YouTube account in App settings, or email support@postclips.com with the subject "Google User Data Deletion Request."
8. HOW LONG WE KEEP INFORMATION
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, and afterward for as long as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our agreements.
The criteria we use to determine retention periods include: whether your account remains active; whether the information is needed to operate or secure the App; whether it is needed to report or verify campaign results; whether it is needed to detect or prevent inauthentic engagement; and whether a law, investigation, or legal claim requires us to keep it.
Where we retain information on a de identified or aggregated basis, we maintain it in that form and do not attempt to reidentify it.
9. SECURITY
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We will provide notice of a security incident where required by applicable law.
10. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
● Know and access the personal information we have collected about you, its sources, our purposes, and the categories of recipients ● Delete your personal information ● Correct inaccurate personal information ● Obtain a portable copy of information you provided ● Withdraw consent to processing described in Section 3 ● Opt out of profiling producing legal or similarly significant effects. We do not engage in such profiling. ● Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
Some requests may be denied where an exception applies, including where the information is necessary to complete a service you requested, to detect security incidents or protect against fraudulent or illegal activity, or to comply with a legal obligation. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so no opt out is necessary. Section 3 explains why a separate limit control for sensitive information is not offered.
How to exercise. Email support@postclips.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We verify identity before responding and will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Authorized agents. You may designate an agent to act for you. We may require written authorization and separate verification of your identity.
Appeals. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying with the subject "Privacy Appeal." We will respond within the time required by applicable law. If we deny the appeal, you may complain to your state attorney general.
California. Requests may be made twice in any 12 month period.
11. CHILDREN
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it and terminate the account. Users from 13 to 17 may use the App only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Contact support@postclips.com.
12. UNIVERSAL OPT-OUT SIGNALS Because we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (the advertising measurement in Section 15 uses your device's advertising identifier only if you allow tracking), a Global Privacy Control or similar signal has no effect on our processing. We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals, for which there is no industry standard.
13. CHANGES
We may update this Policy. We will post the updated version in the App and update the Last Updated date. If we make material changes to how we treat personal information already collected, we will provide notice and obtain consent where the law requires it.
14. CAMERA, PHOTOS AND FACE DATA
The App uses your device camera only when you choose to take a profile photo. You can also pick a profile photo from your photo library, or not add one at all.
The App does not collect face data. It does not use Face ID, facial recognition, face geometry, facial landmarks, or any other biometric identifier, and it does not analyze the faces in any photo or video.
Your profile photo is stored with our cloud storage provider only so it can be displayed on your profile. We do not share it with third parties, sell it, or use it to identify you.
We keep your profile photo until you replace it or delete your account in the App (Profile > Personal information > Delete account). When you delete your account, your profile photo is removed from your profile and our account records.
15. ADVERTISING MEASUREMENT
We advertise Post Jesus on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. The App includes the Meta and TikTok software development kits so we can measure whether those ads lead people to install and use the App. These kits receive App events such as installs, app opens, and completed sign ups, together with device information.
On iOS, the App asks for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before your device's advertising identifier is made available for this measurement. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track," the advertising identifier is not used, and you can change this at any time in your device's Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Meta and TikTok process this information under their own privacy policies. We use it only to measure our own advertising.
