This Privacy Policy for the Post Clips App Application (the "App"), provided by Post Clips Corp. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of your information when you use our services ("Services") and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to how we treat Users' personal information, we will notify you through a notice on the App's home page.
We use your personal data to provide and improve the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Here are the services we use to deliver the App, including what data is tracked by each service.

Company may use the Personal and Usage Data collected through the App to create or update User profiles. This type of data processing allows Company to evaluate User choices, preferences, and behavior for the purposes outlined in the respective section of this document.
User profiles can also be created through the use of automated tools like algorithms, which can also be provided by the platforms above.
The Personal Data collected are used to provide the User with services or to sell goods, including payment.
The Personal Data collected to complete the payment may include the credit card, or any other means of payment envisaged.
Users declare themselves to be adult according to their applicable legislation. Minors may not use the App.
Use of local storage allows the App to store and access data right in the User's browser with no expiration date.
When you connect your Google or YouTube account to the App (for example, to manage your YouTube channel or content), we access and process Google user data only to provide and improve the App's functionality. This section describes how we handle that data in line with Google's API Services User Data Policy.
The Google user data we collect is limited to what you provide when you connect your account and what we need to operate the App. This may include: your Google account email and profile information, YouTube channel information, video and channel metadata, and engagement metrics (views, likes, comments) that we use solely to deliver the services you request.
We use Google user data only to provide and improve the App's functionality. We do not use Google user data for advertising purposes, for selling to data brokers, for training AI models, or for any purpose other than delivering and improving the services you use within the App.
We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with third parties for their marketing or advertising purposes. We do not transfer or disclose your Google user data to third parties except: (1) to service providers who help us operate the App (such as hosting and infrastructure) under strict confidentiality and data-processing agreements; (2) when required by law or to protect our rights; or (3) with your consent. We do not transfer or disclose Google user data for targeted advertising, selling to data brokers, or any use unrelated to providing or improving the App.
We retain your Google user data only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy (for example, to provide the App and support your connected account) or as required or permitted by law. When the retention period for a given type of data expires, we delete or destroy it. You may request deletion of your Google user data at any time by disconnecting your Google or YouTube account from the App in your account settings, or by contacting us at [email] with the subject line "Google User Data Deletion Request." We will process deletion requests in line with our data retention practices and applicable law.

To exercise the right to access or the right to deletion, Users can email us at [email] at any time with the subject line "Personal Information Review/Deletion Request." Please note that any User may only make a personal information request twice in any specific 12-month period. Users can also contact us using one of the methods specified below. Only User or somebody authorized to act on User's behalf may make such a personal information request, and User must include sufficient information so that we can verify User's identity and the information we have collected about User.

We also may use certain technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across third-party websites or other online services (behavioral tracking). California law requires the App to inform you how we respond to web browser Do Not Track ("DNT") signals. Because there currently is not an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we do not respond to them at this time. We await the result of work by the privacy community and industry to determine when such a response is appropriate and what form it should take.
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls. Data in transit to or from the App are intended to be encrypted and authenticated using Transport Layer Security technology.
Despite Company's data security efforts, no transmission of information via the internet can be completely secure. We do our best to protect your personal information, but we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our App. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the App.
